The Guarantee

If you purchase a course from SEEK Learning with a guarantee from us and fail the exam that this course relates to, and then fail that same exam a second time within 60 days of sitting the first exam, we will refund the cost of the courseware for that exam.

Please Note

• The guarantee requires that you sit the first exam within 60 days of purchasing the courseware.
• If you fail an exam, you must provide us with an original copy of the exam transcript within 3 business days of each failed exam.
• The refunded amount relates only to the cost of the courseware units relevant to the failed exam, and does not cover the cost of the exams.
• Interest charges and postage and handling are non-refundable.
