Overview

SEEK Learning aims to give you access to quality courses and to ensure you obtain your IT certification goals. To this end, SEEK Learning provides a genuine guarantee on most of our IT certification training courses*.

We are confident that if you follow our advice and take your study seriously using our courseware, you will become certified.

The Guarantee

If you purchase a course from SEEK Learning with a guarantee from us and fail the exam that the course relates to, and then fail that same exam a second time within 60 days of sitting the first exam, we will refund the cost of the courseware for that exam.

The Fine Print

We can only guarantee you will pass your exam(s) if you complete the training in the way it was designed.

In order to qualify for the guarantee:

• you must complete all modules of the training in the order specified in the online Study Plan, and within your training licence period; and
• you must achieve a minimum of 85% on all TestPrep practice examinations contained within the course prior to sitting the first and subsequent examination; and
• you must sit the first exam within 30 days of successfully completing the relevant TestPrep.

If you fail an exam, you must provide us with an original copy of the exam transcript within 7 business days of each failed exam.

What is Refunded?

We will refund you the cost of the courseware module(s) related to the failed exam, but not the cost of the exams themselves.

Interest charges and Books24x7 subscriptions are non-refundable.

The refund will be processed within 30 business days of receiving notice of the second failed exam.

Refunds can only be made where there are no outstanding payments remaining on a training account.

* Courses that do not include mentoring do not qualify for the guarantee.
