What do my fees cover?

Your fees include courseware, white papers, hands-on simulations, user guides and product documentation, a test prep service and technical and learning support. Many of our courses also include 24x7 mentoring and access to online library Books24x7.

What does each course include?

All our IT certification training courses include white papers, user guides, hands-on simulations and exercises to provide a comprehensive learning experience. A test prep service is also included for the majority of our courses. This service provides you with the opportunity to test your knowledge in a simulated, certification-testing environment.

Many of our courses also include 24x7 mentoring as well as access to Books 24x7, an online resource containing thousands of the latest and best technical publications.

How long is each course?

Our certification training courses are all self-paced so you have the flexibility of when and where you wish to complete your course. For example, our Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) course can be completed in a year, but you can complete it even earlier by increasing the time you dedicate to your studies. Conversely, you can take up to two years to complete the course if you're pressed for time.

What resources do I need?

You'll need a PC running Microsoft Windows (or a Mac with Windows support). Internet access is essential as the mentoring and test prep services can only be accessed online.

Will I get certified immediately after my course?

SEEK Learning provides certification training to prepare you for the actual certification exam(s). We are not involved in the actual examination process, nor do we provide the certification itself. The exams are held by external providers. For your convenience, SEEK Learning will help you find your nearest exam centre.

I'm not a UK resident. Am I eligible to take a SEEK Learning course?
