To gain certification, you will need to complete the 220-601: A+ Essentials exam, plus any one of the following exams:

  • 220-602: IT Technician - for level 1 support staff and those who want to get into the industry
  • 220-603: Remote Support Technician - for level 2 support staff supporting remote offices
  • 220-604: Depot Technician - for level 3 support staff and helpdesk managers
